All ticket purchases for the Hanu Reddy Mango Festival are final.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Date Changes and Ticket Transfers

Date Change

You may request to reschedule your visit to another available festival date within the same season.

• Date change requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your originally booked event date.

• Requests made within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for rescheduling.

• All date swaps are subject to availability.

• Your original ticket (received via email) must be uploaded for verification.

• Once approved, a revised ticket will be issued and must be presented at the time of entry.

Ticket Transfer

You may transfer your ticket to another individual for the same event date.

• Transfer requests must be made at least 10 days prior to the event date.

• A re-issued ticket with updated details will be provided upon approval.

• The updated ticket must be presented at entry.
